Hotel Glenwood Springs, Glenwood Springs

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the interstate, making it easily accessible. However, the rooms are dated and old, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke that I found unpleasant.

The hotel offers large rooms that are slightly different from the booking website but very spacious, although cleanliness could be improved. The service is top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially accommodating for travelers with special needs or seniors. The location is ideal, not too far from attractions and right at the base of the gondola. Dining options are varied but may lack protein selections. The hotel has basic facilities but provides options for everyone.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with two queen beds, but there were barking dogs causing some noise. Although the TV was small, the room needed a few repairs. The service was exceptional, especially for our children, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for all our activities, with many entertainment options available through the hotel. The dining experience was below expectations with some issues and limited options, aside from being really cheap. I found the facilities comfortable but not luxurious.
